How do I layer sounds together?

Tap any sound button to activate it. You can tap multiple sounds to layer them. Adjust individual volumes using the slider that appears below each active sound.

How does the AI Whisper feature work?

Type any text in the whisper input field and select a voice. The AI will generate a realistic whispered version of your text. Your plan determines your monthly character limit.

What are the plan differences?

Free Trial (14 days): 8 sounds, 1,000 whisper characters/month, 4-min recordings. Pro ($5.99/mo): 12 sounds, 4,500 characters/month, 8-min recordings, community sharing. ASMRtist ($9.99/mo): All 24 sounds, 9,000 characters/month, 16-min recordings, Sound Crafter (up to 6 custom sounds), 8 voices.

What happens after my free trial ends?

After 14 days, your trial automatically converts to a Pro subscription at $5.99/month. You'll receive an in-app warning 2 days before your trial ends so you have time to cancel or choose a different plan. Cancel anytime from your App Store settings to avoid being charged.

How do I record a session?

Activate the sounds you want, then tap the record bar at the bottom of the screen. Your recording will be saved to your library where you can play, share, rename, or delete it.

Can I use my own ElevenLabs API key?

Yes. Go to Settings and enter your own ElevenLabs API key. This lets you use your own quota instead of the app's shared quota.

Will I be charged automatically after my trial?

Yes. When your 14-day free trial ends, your subscription automatically begins at $5.99/month for Pro. You will be charged through the App Store (iOS) or Stripe (web). The app will notify you 2 days in advance so you have time to cancel or change plans before you're charged.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. On the web, use the Manage Subscription option in the app's Settings to open the Stripe customer portal. You can also access subscription management from the app's Settings screen.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the billing provider. For App Store purchases, request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web/Stripe purchases, contact us at maiboxingcoach@gmail.com and we'll assist you with your refund request.

Troubleshooting

  • If sounds don't play, make sure your device is not in silent mode and the volume is turned up.
  • If the app is unresponsive, try closing and reopening it.
  • For whisper TTS issues, check that you haven't exceeded your monthly character limit in Settings.
  • If recordings fail to save, ensure the app has storage permissions on your device.
