Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using ASMR DIY ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

ASMR DIY is a mobile and web application that allows users to:

• Layer ambient sounds and ASMR trigger sounds to create personalized relaxation mixes
• Generate AI-powered whisper voice-overs using text-to-speech technology
• Record, save, and share ASMR sessions
• Create custom AI-generated sounds via Sound Crafter (ASMRtist plan)
• Browse and download community-shared sounds (ASMRtist plan)

The App collects pseudonymous usage analytics via Firebase Analytics to help us understand how features are used and improve the experience. Analytics is linked to an internal user ID but not to your name or email. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

To use ASMR DIY, you must create an account with a valid email address, username, and password. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

Free Trial

New users are eligible for a one-time 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have access to limited features including 1,000 characters/month, 4-minute sessions, 4 ambient + 4 trigger sounds, and 4 AI voices. Download and share features are not available during the trial.

After 14 days, your trial converts to the Pro plan ($5.99/month) unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will receive an in-app notification 2 days before the trial ends.

Paid Plans

• Pro — $5.99/month: 4,500 characters/month, 8 min sessions, 6 ambient + 6 trigger sounds, 4 AI voices, download & share
• ASMRtist — $9.99/month: 9,000 characters/month, 16 min sessions, all sounds, all 8 AI voices, Community tab, Sound Crafter

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

• iOS: Billed through Apple. Cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Web: Billed through Stripe. Manage from the app or contact us

No partial-period refunds are issued automatically. For refund requests, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or email us at maiboxingcoach@gmail.com (web).

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all recordings, custom sounds, and other content you create using the App. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your user-generated content.

Community Sharing: When you share content to the Community tab, you grant ASMR DIY a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App for other users to preview, play, and download. You may request removal of your shared content at any time.

AI-Generated Content: Sounds and voice-overs generated through the App's AI features (Whisper, Sound Crafter) are created using third-party AI services (ElevenLabs). Usage of AI-generated content is subject to ElevenLabs' terms of service.

The App, including its design, code, sounds library, brand assets, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ASMR DIY / Deep Relaxation Engine. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data or content from the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

DMCA / IP Complaints

If you believe content on the App infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at maiboxingcoach@gmail.com with:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
• The location of the infringing content within the App
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

We will investigate and respond to valid claims within 30 days.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload, share, or generate content that is harmful, offensive, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person, brand, or entity
• Share copyrighted content without authorization through the Community tab
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the App for any commercial purpose beyond personal relaxation (e.g., reselling recordings, building competing products)
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with the App
• Redistribute, publicly perform, or commercially exploit AI-generated voice content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct guidelines.

AI Whisper & Sound Crafter

AI-generated voices and sounds are produced by third-party services (ElevenLabs) and may not always produce perfect results. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content. Content generation is subject to availability and rate limits of the underlying AI service.

Session Recording & Mixing

Session recording relies on server-side audio mixing (FFmpeg). Recording quality and availability depend on server load and network conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted recording capability.

Community Content

Content shared by other users in the Community tab is user-generated and not reviewed, endorsed, or guaranteed by ASMR DIY. We provide reporting tools but are not responsible for the content other users share.

ASMR DIY is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ASMR DIY is designed for relaxation and entertainment purposes only. It is not a medical device, therapeutic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider. Do not rely on the App for treating insomnia, anxiety, or any other health condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASMR DIY and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Your server-side data (account info, plan data) will be deleted
• Local data on your device (recordings, preferences) will remain on your device until you delete the App
• Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Stripe

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App.
